"...I can confidently say outsourcing to Sarah has been one of the best investments I’ve made in my photography business. Her support has been truly invaluable. Not only has she helped me stay organized and on top of everything behind the scenes, but she’s also allowed me to refocus on what I love most: creating and photographing, which has resulted in me being able to book more clients and growth in my business.
As a creative, running a business can often feel overwhelming—there’s so much more to juggle beyond the work you actually enjoy. Having someone I can rely on to handle the behind-the-scenes tasks has made a huge difference in both my productivity and peace of mind.
Thanks to Sarah, I’ve had the space and support to grow as both an artist and an entrepreneur. I wholeheartedly recommend her to any creative professional looking to bring clarity, structure, and sustainability to their business."
You have the clients. You have the followers. You have the success.
But now? *You can have it all. *
You can have time to focus on your craft & stay in your zone of genius.
You can launch a new side of your business, because you have someone in your corner.
You can do all the things you’ve always wanted to do in your business, but never had the butt-in-seat time to make it happen.
You have big goals for your business, but it hasn’t happened yet because you don’t have the time to do the legwork.
You feel stretched thin & are starting to resent your business.
Your days are taken up by daily odd jobs that have to be done, but not by you.
You *know* there’s a way to have more margin in your work/personal life, but you don’t want to hire a full-time employee or manage a huge team.
You want to increase your income, but can’t stomach working even more.
You want to get back to the reason you started your business in the first place & need more time to focus on your art.
You know bringing in help will take a little bit of start-up work, but the end result will be worth it!
Honestly, almost anything. Click HERE to see a comprehensive list of tasks I’ve helped clients with in the past. My favorite emails include “is this something you can help with?”
Over the last ten years, my focus has been serving businesses in the wedding industry–specializing in wedding photographers, planners, & educators-- but I love working with any creative small business owner!
While the intro call will be a good indicator and should prevent any bad matches in the first place–contracts can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
My biggest advice is: get started with a VA BEFORE the busy season begins & you get to the point where you desperately need help b/c you’re swamped. I tend to recommend there being a 2 week period before your start date to give us plenty of time for your intro call, discuss what you want outsourced, get contracts signed, and for you to go through the onboarding period of sending me job details, setting up file sharing, etc without you feeling rushed.
Both! I am more than happy to jump in and serve your business for a shorter season to get you through a project/launch, or even sabbaticals or maternity leaves. But I love working with businesses long term & seeing their businesses grow year by year. I’ve been working with some of my clients for as long as 7 and 10 years, and it’s been amazing to get to know the ins-and-outs of their business for as long as I have.
Extra stress?
A plateaued income?
Less time to devote to your art?
Pushing your dream project to the back-burner (yet again) because you have to do the daily jobs?
Less time for your personal life and even more time spent stuck behind your laptop?
